The best camera for birding is the one that you have with you the most. The OM-D with either the panny 45-200 or 100-300 is a good lightweight setup with reasonable tradeoffs in terms of low-light performance. I haven't heard great things about the 75-300. Actually I get my best bird shots with a gf1 and the 20mm f/1.7, but then again I'm a biologist and spend a more than usual amount of time with birds in hand.
