because if weight and price is no object then I'd point you to a D800e + 70-200 which I think can best the E-5/35-100 combo (although yes, you'd have to start the comparison at f2.8 but let's not make this thread in to another aperture discussion).

Thanks for the post, it definitely does show just how great those 4/3 lenses were. I hope that we see that high end quality in the future of m4/3's.
