Why reviews with Jeff Keller?

Why are you doing collaborative reviews with Jeff Keller?
Don't get me wrong. I think he's very good.
But dpreview used to stand on its own with the best in-house reviews available.
Is that game over? Are you now going to farm out your reviews?
We're doing these reviews in addition to our normal in-house review output. We're mostly going to be taking reviews from Jeff of midrange and high-end compact cameras (i.e., products that we struggle to review in-house during busy times when we've got DSLRs to look at) but the K-01 was an exception. We published this review because we knew we couldn't do it in-house in a timely manner, simply because of prioritisation on the run-up to Photokina.
However, if you look closely at the K-01 review and compared it to the one Jeff published a couple of weeks ago on DCResource.com you'll see that we added a lot of original studio work, and analysis. So it's far from being a cut-and-paste job.
