You obviously used a soft box camera left, but what did you use camera lower right? That created a funny cross lighting that I've seen in your other posted portraits too. The ratio should be lower, or use just a reflector, or go for the clam shell type just low below the frame opening up the shadows a bit and letting more light into her eyes.
