eos 1d mark III frame counter
I understand that there is not a "user" frame counter that is available to the public for the 1DM3. I have read on this forum that one must send the camera to Canon in order to obtain a frame count. If you are worried about shutter failure, don't be. This camera is bulletproof! I bought mine refurbished 4 years ago and have fired well over 200,000 frames shooting sports since then. If I have to buy a new shutter at some point in the future, so be it. It is a great camera that consistently delivers high quality images.
