Wide Converter DMW-LW36 on Nikon 10mm f2.8

I have found that the Panasonic Lumix wide converter DMW-LW46 works very well on the Nikon 10mm f2.8 lens. This converter was designed for the LX3 and is still available for use on the LX5. The following examples were shot in RAW and processed in Lightroom 4.

Here is a photo of the set-up on the V1:

This photo shows a brick wall, taken with the 10mm:

Here is the brick wall with the wide converter, which gives an effective focal length of 20mm. The converter image has barrel distortion; this was corrected by using a value of +16 on the LR distortion slider.

Here is a 100% crop of the corner of the wide photo:
