Best office printer
For an office I would get two printers:
1. A modest B&W laser printer for memos, messages, etc. Laser printers are much less expensive per page than ink jets. I bought a used HP model based on the advice of a local laser cartridge refiller/repair company regarding quality and reliability. You should get advice on a specific model.
2. For color and photos consider a dye printer that is easy to refill, or a pigment printer with a continuous ink supply system (CISS). I bought a Canon Pixima 9000 mk II from Craigslist for about $175. I also purchased refill ink on Ebay from Image Specialists for about $50.
