Just the usual RAW sharpening-- It looks to me like not only (of course) do D800E files require less sharpening especially initial capture sharpening, but again, in my limited experience with the camera, it may be less tolerant of sharpening in general, as halos seem to crop up much sooner than on my D3x.

That being said, keeping the sharpening levels lower is fine, and the images are still jaw-dropping.
