GF3 - first impression
I'm waiting for the E-M5, but purchased a GF3X for the 14-42x lens. I figure I can always use a compact camera. However, the performance is pretty bad. Anything above ISO 1600, I wouldn't use. It's much worse compared to the V1 even though dxomark gave it a higher ISO sensitivity. The auto white balance isn't very good, either. I like the touch focus, but it seems to hunt quite a bit. I tried it with the 45 1.8, 25 1.4 and 14-42x. Is this common?
So far, it seems like the 14-42x doesn't have the blurring issue. Though, I haven't really test it in daylight yet.
My gut feeling is to sell the GF3 now. But, before I do. I want to see if others have similar experience.
