It still seems to be un clear that there is a difference between.

1. Zooming from the same camera lens position, which gives you the same effect as cropping. Resolution is not a factor. The relative sizes of near and distance images does not change.

2. Zooming and moving the camera lens forward or back to keep one of the images constant size, as was done in the demo. Increasing the focal length and moving the camera lesn forward will make near objects bigger relative to distant objeects.
