About CemeraLand Precharge

CameraLand has so called prepaid term: I have email back & force with Joel from cameraland.

below information just for those guy how is mind of pre-charge.

I send email information as below:
Can mail-order merchants charge my credit card before they ship?

According to Janet Hug ofVisaUSA, "a merchant is not permitted to
bill ahead of time" except in case of adepositor down payment that
the customer agrees to. (phonecallfrom Visa USA, 12 May 1992)

MasterCard said in a letter that a merchant can charge you before
shipment only if s/he tells you and you agree to "the terms and
conditions of the sale."

American Express said the merchant can charge yourcardas soon as
you give your account number; but if you receive the bill before the
merchandise, callAmexcustomer service and you don't have to pay
while they investigate. (phone call to Amex, 16 May 1992)

Joel reply:

That's fine. We are telling our customers that they will be charged when they place the order. They have all agreed to it and because of that we have already delivered dozens of cameras to happy customers. I understand your feelings and that is fine. That is your option.
