Hi all,
Just wondered if someone can give me a little advice.
I use a 30D still, and whilst I am tempted to head to a 7D, it isnt on the cards any time soon.
Anyhow, I mainly shoot football (soccer for our American friends), and as such I never use flash.
Now I am aware the on body flash is poor, and I particularly dislike the shadows behind a subject that occur when using it.
I need to shoot end of season awards, and realise the best way (it beig evening time and dark indoors), would be to bounce flash off the ceiling to get a more even light and less shadow.
Now this is a one off, I am not going to have regular use for a flash gun, and as such I want to spend the minimum to do the job adequately.
I am tempted by either a Jessops 360AFD or a Canon Speedlight 270EXII - both available at a shop close to where I am sat - one £69 and the other £109.
So, given the use it is needed for, would either these do a job for me at the weekend, or need I think again?
Many thanks for your advice,
Johnny
