Re: Getting older: LCD and reading glasses

I am 55 years old - have uncorrected 20/20 distance vision. I am an Optometrist. I recently began wearing multifocal contact lenses. I have tried these in the past to no avail - however this latest design is a revelation.

I am now corrected to perfect (20/20 vision) at 16" - with no degradation of my 20/20 distance vision. As a bonus, my computer distance (26") vision is now also corrected.

While I still generally dislike LCD as a viewfinder - I can now see the image perfectly!
