Re: V1 - worth buying?

I'm also a Nikon fan and i currently using the d7000, the Nikon V1, and i just got my Nikon D800.

Three things i like about the V1:

1what i like about the Nikon V1 is that it has the same batteries as the D7000 and the D800 so i can switch in between, but you have different models you will not get benefit from the batteries,

however if you buy the adapter you can use your Nikkor lenses on it like i m doing and it will give you great focal view . i have used it with muy nikkor 70 200 and i was happy from the extra focal, i,m going to get the tamron 200 500 to use it on the v1

it have amazing auto focus

there is 3 things i don't like with this camera:
1 at night if you don't have a proper light you will not get decent pictures.

2 you should hold the camera very firmly or you will end up with blurry pictures.
3 metering is a bit slow
