Re: Fuji XPro/Xtrans a mistake?

Isn't that when the DNG converter comes into play?

The X-Pro1 produces better JPGs than my 5D, M8 and K5... it really is the first camera I can feel secure in shooting JPG only. I normally shoot RAW in all of my cameras but feel very comfortable shooting JPG until Adobe get's it right...

Only problem is that the X-Pro1 RAW will NOT be supported in anything but CS6.. which means I must fork over another steep upgrade fee to Adobe... that's just not right. Adobe's upgrade fees from CS5 to CS6 are a bit ridiculous.. and I have been using Photoshop (every version) for over 10 years. So much for any consideration to loyal customers.

The ability to 'see' the shot is more important than the gear used to capture it.
