Get it made to your specs....

Why don't you go to a local saddler, and get them to make one? Get them to line it in canvas, and make it from English Bridle leather.

You may find it's pretty cheap, I've had lots of things made up by a saddler in New Zealand. Always been better value than buying off the rack.

Mind you, it's a weatherproof camera. Why not use the shoulder strap across your chest? You can just lift and like that. I've carried my E-PL1 with VF2 and 20/1.7 for weeks in Asia & Europe that way. Never damaged it or knocked of the VF2. If you have a protective filter on, you don't even need the lens cap.

"Is that a Filofax?"
"No, it's a Moleskine with interchangeable leaves....."
