How can I do long exposure with D200?
I recently started learning long exposure star trail photography. From what I read, I set M mode and dial the speed command. The max I can go is 30 second. The next level is 'bulb' and then 'x250'. When I use 'Bulb', I have a simple cable release and I have to keep hold on to the cable when desired time is met. This is not friendly way to handle the long exposure. Am I missing something here?
