A65 / Tamron or Sony Zoom lens?

I'm just about to purchase an A65 body and would like to buy only one, all purpose lens.
I do from Landscapes to Macro (close-up add-ons).
Which lens would you suggest me?

For now I have this options:
Sony DT 18-250mm f/3.5-6.3 ($530 in Sony bundle discount).
Tamron AF 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di II Zoom Lens for ($300)
Does Tamron fits the same on A65? AF?, IS?
Is there any big difference/lack between them?
Which one would be the best deal?

Would you have another/better suggestion?

Truth is a pathless land.
The dead past darkens the ever living present.

Corrections and critics are more than very welcome, desirables.
