Re: Two lens travel kit with my GF3 for Prague?

I went to Prague in 2010 with my GH1 and 5 lens kit--I see no reason why you'd need an SLR.

For the record, I traveled with the following lenses:

Olympus MZD 9-18mm
Panasonic 14-45mm
Panasonic 20mm/1.7
Olympus ZD 25mm/2.8
Olympus ZD 50mm/2

If you're limiting yourself to two lenses, I'd go with this:

Olympus MZD 9-18mm
Panasonic 14-45mm

The Panasonic normal zoom has pretty good OIS, so you can get away with decent shots in lower light if necessary.

Ideally, I'd recommend a three (or 4) lens kit though:

Olympus MZD 9-18mm
Panasonic 25mm/1.4
Olympus 45mm/1.8
(Panasonic 14-45mm for added flexibility)

While you'll definitely be needing the wider lenses, don't underestimate the need for a short telephoto that at least reaches to 45mm.

Here are a few images from my Prague trip:
