Introducing - My ENEMY

I have this waterfall near my house. Its massive, and it takes an hour hike to get there. We estimate it to be 15m (50 ft.) high.

I've been back three times, and I just can't capture the massiveness of it.

It is very overgrown with brush, and in a deep depression, so you can't photograph it from a distance. It is too big to capture up close, plus the water is spraying and covering the lens element with water when standing on the limited space at the bottom.

The first two are standing close with a fisheye (Lensbaby), getting drenched.

And how I got the last shot.
Yes, that's me in a tree.
I took four shots in vertical panorama with a 14-24 f2.8 for this!

While hanging in a tree.

So anyone who complains about the water not being smooth can jump off a bridge with their tripod.

Even at the base of the tree, water rapidly starts covering the lens.

And finally the end result.
If you can advise a way of making this look as bit as it is - please do comment.

In any case, I hope you enjoy.

Ridicule is not C&C nor is it being helpful nor "stating your opinion"

If you write more posts than take pictures, are you a photographer, or something else?
