D800 vs one of mine 5dmk2 100iso and shadow noise

A year ago I showed the difference between the D7000 and 5dmk2 and reproduction of fine detail in the lowest levels.

Today I tried D800 and one of my 5dmk2. The cameras have been equal exposed in terms of time, aperture and 100iso. To the left there is a white wall and a qp-card both images developed so the high lights warning disappears = above 255

Then I a selected a area inside the house and the pixel values was calculated by auto contrast.

But first let us see how the pattern noise and the noise looks from 5dmk2 and 5dmk3 and 100iso.

Canon has smeared the pattern noise in 5dmk3 but if you look carefully it is very similar from the two cameras.
DXO has shown that 5dmk3 has about 11 stops of DR and Nikon d800 14 stops

The read noise is about 10 times higher in 5dmk3 than d800 which can be seen here, 5dmk3 lacks details in the lower levels compared to d800
