I don't think this is a bug but more the intended function.

When using a native micro 4/3 lens, or a true legacy 4/3 lens, I guess most of us want the camera to behave the way it does. When using a lens not communicating with the camera at all things doesn't work the way you want it to. You can suggest Olympus to make changes but I don't think you get a long way reporting this as a bug.

For now you'll have to work around the problem. There are probably several ways to handle the situation. I like to have the camera set to "A" mode and the Fn2 button to ISO.
