The value (to answer the EP post) is all faces are on focus in the final photo. The E-PL2 will do this in good light. In poor light, it will grab, haphazardly, any face near or far. Your results will be random as it does not perform/detect well in low light or as well as a p&s (read HX5/7/9 V). Keep clicking away or choose a focus point and learn your camera enough to get the DOF correct. Be sure to choose RAW as face detection will turn on auto gradation (degradation) and render jpg's horribly.
