200mm f/2.8
24-105mm f/3.5-4.5 (D)
28-85mm f/3.5-4.5
28-135mm f/4.0-4.5
70-210mm f/4.0 Beercan
100-200mm f/4.5

Above is summary of my Minolta legacy lenses I've collected over the years (owned many since 1985 / 86). I started using the Maxxum lenses on two Maxxum 9000 bodies and still have the original bodies.

It's really hard to say but I think the best are 16mm, 35mm, 85mm, 100mm f/2.0, 200mm and 28-135mm. I would give the optical quality to 100mm f/2.0 and 200mm f/2.8.

The one I use the most is the 24-105mm. The 24-105mm has a decent zoom range and is a light weight lens that often meets my needs (just a nice all around lens). I pick from the others as specific needs arise.

For me it's got to be the 24-105mm.
