If Sony introduced an OVF A950 now how many would be interested?

EVF is not just a downgrade technologically, but it's a downgrade in perception. EVF in still photography is tied strongly with P&S and Bridge cameras, or more recently with Cell phone cameras.

But even many people using P&S cameras, bridge cameras and cell phone are better photographers than you are. Just go and look at others work instead of being arrogant toward other people.

For people looking for improved technology above those classes of still cameras it's a emotional and psychologic downgrade, not some new advanced technology, they know all too well where it's been used.

You seem to suffer from severe psychological downgrade when it comes to EVF and cameras in general.
