The shuttle Discovery last voyage.....

Today the Discovery departed NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida on the Shuttle Carrier Aircraft, a modified Boeing 747 on its last voyage to Dulles international airport in Virginia to be put on display in the Space Museum. It made a few low passes through Washington DC and some in Virginia close to the airport.

I took some shots with the D300s a 500mm f4 lens. I wish I had a shorter lend with me since the orbiter flew over very low.
Comments are welcomed.
