What Setting best for indoor auto show portrait

hello , im going to an event next week, i just wonder how to take great indoor photo.

what's the best setting to take Indoor Portrait shot such as :

Bangkok Autoshow 2012

im facing a few problem in the event hall :

1) there's no ceiling for me to bounce speedlite
2) Environment very dark, very less ambient light
3) to avoid handshake, i need at least 1/100 shutter speed

My questions is :

Lets assume, if i use setting 1/100 shutter, F2.8, ISO400, Focal Lengths 55mm

this setting probably produce underexposure photo, can i use speedlite to light up the subject? or just increase high ISO to meet EV 0

Please help

My equipments : EOS7D/ 17-55F2.8 / 430EX speedlite
