Maybe I´m the last one to know
I´ve always struggled with the question if I should shhot raw or jpeg or both.
With 5dii, I decided to go for raw, preferentially for the possibilyies of adjusting temperature in DPP. With X100, I´ve for convenience tried to stay with jpeg only.
Excellent most of the times, but not always when shooting indoors (tungsten lamps, varying light sources, etc.)
Playing around with SilkyPix, I just realized the possibility of adjusting the temperature in jpgs! With 5dii/DPP this was simply not possible! You had to use color balance/hue/gamma in PS to adjust in afterhand a miscoloured (typically indoor) picture.
But in SilkyPix this is possible with jpegs.
Maybe you already know this. But for me this was new.
happy x100 jpeg shooter
