Increasing pixel density is equivalent to reduce grain size (and ISO) of a film emulsion. This doesn't imply that, if I use a 25 ISO film in a Nikon F5, I obtain the same pictorial results as using an Hasselblad with 100 ISO film. The picture produced by Hasselblad will have its own "character"
