I apologize, and will not do it again, however, I am extremely happy with the PP above. Would it be too much to ask what you did, and how to lessen the pink of the lips. I am decent at pp, but have never attempted a shot like this before, and am a bit relieved to see that my original can be made into the final product I am after. Much thanks!!

It would be very easy to do a basic color correction in Phototshop using the Levels or Curves dialog, and using the White pointer on the background. This will do nothing for the pick lips, but is a great improvement.

And, as has been mentioned before, this is not a high key shot. It has a hot white background, but that does not make it high key. A high key image would have predominately high tonal values, a low key shot would have predominately low tonal values.
