+1 and the focus seems to be off. The eyes should be pinsharp and as far as I can tell, they are unfortunately not. No problem if you can go back.

Your skin tones on the fist few are off too green/yellow. Some exposure are under and some over. Normally you set the strobes using a light meter and setting the camera on manual to the same shutter and av as the light meter.

Not sure what lights you were using in the studio but a normal camera setting would be iso100, 1/125th, f8.

Was there a reason you were using such a high iso?
