My E-3 died. OM-D or E-5?

Guys, I need to ask for the opinion of the community on switching bodies.

My E-3 broke and Olympus Russia asked for $800 to fix it. The camera still can be used in manual focus mode so I asked them to return the body without repair.

I owe 4 lenses:
ZD 50-200mm SWD,
ZD 11-22mm,
ZD 8mm fish eye,
Summilux 25mm f1.4
and FL-50R flash.

This kit worked for me totally fine and I was one happy enthusiast.

Now I am choosing between two similar in price options:

E-5 ($1700) or OM-D body with 12-50mm f3.5-6.3, plus 17mm f2.8 pancake, plus MMF-2 adaptor, extra battery, filters ($1800)

I lean more toward OM-D because it gives me a new separate portable two lens system plus when I go ambitious I still can use all my big lenses with MMF-2 adaptor.

What do you think, does my logic make sense to you or I miss something important about E-5 advantages?

Thanks a lot!
