From GH1 to EM-5: how to customise buttons?
I’ve got the EM-5 on pre-order so I thought I’d spend some time seeing how I can customise the settings but I’m struggling to see how I could duplicate my current GH1 setup. My current settings are:
Up arrow: ISO
Down arrow: Metering Mode
Right arrow: White Balance
Left Arrow: AF Target (e.g. Single, Multiple, Tracking, Face)
According to the EM-5 manual, it seems the Up and Left arrows are fixed as follows:
The Up arrow: Function is Adjust Exposure Compensation (page 94). Surely the sub dial adjusts exposure – why is a button also needed? Is there any way I can assign ISO to this button?
The Left arrow: Function is Choose AF Target (page 94). So hopefully very similar to Panasonic's left arrow button?
