Re: Makes sense!

the 20mm its a horrible lens on every camera i tried (4-5 m43)

the problem is not the camera but the lens, it re-focus every shot, also if ithas the focus already locked...it move toward infinity and then come back...every shot !and in low light it can do it for 10 seconds....
to be truth also in good light its a pain

E-M5 its sure a wonderful camera anyway....sure the best m43 ever done..also weather proof

anyway i m not married to any system and divorce is never defenitive , i can always come back to my decision in future when new lens will be released

also i think that a giant like panasonic could have done much more...its 2 years people talk abouta global shutter for GH series, and a new generation sensor..backlight or other new approach, i.e. like remove the AA filters that for 90% of people is totally useless...

only Fuji seem to try to innovate....also canon and nikon are 2 dinosaur...my 5D MII has the same technology with a useless mirror like 30 years ago...

if you already own a couple m43 lenses, why don't you try get the OMD-EM5 at least for testing?

Seems to be a nice camera especially for travelling. At least you could see how your lenses perform with that camera.

well if you consider that i work also as a freelance photojournalist and i m searching for a solution for replace both my 5D mII and GH2 and replace with just 1 mirrorless solution, the Fuji solution its not ideal...altough i was temped ,for many reasons:
1) slow AF (the biggest cons...)

i m selling my GH2 couse the only lens i love (in term of Focal lenght) is the 20mm 1.7 but its painfull slow...so bye bye m43 (leica 25mm 1.4 its too long as universal lens, while my panasonic 14mm 2.5 its too short and not enough fast...just 2.5!) , its impossible change this lens with a sigma 19mm on m43 couse the sensor is noisy so you need a very fast lens...
