I have the Flipside 400. Great bag.

And a Kata which I actually prefer (one strap - so you can actually reach the camera without taking off the backpack completely!).

Although - for travel I'd recommend the Thinktank Retrospective 10. It looks small enough for the airlines to allow you two pieces of hand luggage.

A very anonymous looking camera bag with plenty of space for a body, 3 lenses and a flash. Go for the black version if you want to stay low key.
A Lowepro bag SCREAMS expensive camera gear IMO.
