I liked the black and whites of the bearded guy with glasses (tighter version), and the black man with missing lower front teeth. I wasn't as big a fan of the shot with the reflector fill -- but only because I think I might have preferred it without fill.

Converting color to black and white is great because you can play with the various colored filters during conversion.

I have a D800 and a D4 -- I haven't shot with the D800 yet. I shot at a local circus with the D4 and I was totally pleased with it. These are some great cameras. Why haven't I shot with the D800 yet? Like Elaine in Seinfeld waiting for someone "sponge-worthy," I'm waiting for something D800 worthy.
