I agree with gollywop.

The colour settings in Photoshop should look something like this:

The RGB Working Space should be a standard one, normally sRGB, Adobe RGB or (as in this case) ProPhoto RGB.

Normally the best "Policy" choice is preserve, and check all the mismatch warnings (so you know when it happens).
