No Zygfryd, I wasn't testing noise

Main reason for such a high ISO was that I'd like to have one all-round setting for my street work. I've set up F11 for hyperfocal work in MF mode, and ISO1600 because in the shaded area of the same street with the same settings I had times ranging from 1/100 to 1/1000. That's a pretty big difference in the amount of light, sometimes only within few steps... I try not to go lower than 1/100 to be able to work quickly and also to freeze any movement. If I was about to adjust ISO each time, I would miss most of my shots!

Hope that makes sense.

Also, ISO1600 from X100 is very good - I can't see any significant difference between 1600 and 400 in so called "real world", so... why not?
