Olympus sensor question ...

I'm a little confused about which sensors have been used in which Olympus four thirds cameras. I understand that the early models featured a CCD from Kodak, up to and including the E-500, I believe.

There was then a switch to CMOS, which my new E-420 has. Is the sensor in my E-420 the same sensor that was used in the larger Oly 4:3 cams, ie the E-510, 520 and E-3? Is the newer 12MP sensor used in their Micro 4:3 cameras the same sensor used in the E-30 & E-5?
