Well, there's more to a camera than high ISO performance. It's clear from DxO Mark that D4 and D3s behave excatly same from 3200 up from a pure tech POV. But if you are printing at same sizes then there's a good chance that you have better NR flexibilty from the higher pixel count.

But there are other issues and base ISO DR and shadows recovery abilities on the D4 are in another category, from measurements and samples.

Don't forget AF, which is supposed to work better.
