X-Pro 1 constant aperture blade adjustment
With the blades moving constantly, potentially up to 1000's of times a day if you're out in changing light & conditions, why don't the blades only move in to the final position when the shutter is released? It could come up in the OVF/EVF what the aperture would be if the shutter is pressed, but why do they constantly have to adjust when a shot isn't even being taken? Surely the constant movement is going to greatly reduce their life?
Apologies if this has already been covered, i'm a Fuji newbie.
