CF or SD cards

I have always thought that CF cards achieved the faster speeds first and that SD followed, usually at a slightly higher price to reflect the convenience of being wrapped up in a smaller package (hence why more professional cameras have been geared towards CF cards). Given that the 5D MkIII can take both CF and SD cards I am now looking at what is the best value for money and it looks like SD cards have taken over. Am I missing something? The links below show a 32GB Sandisk Extreme Pro SDHC card rated at 95MB/s for $109 and the 32GB Sandisk Extreme Pro CF card rated at 90MB/s for $180. The CF card says that it is UDMA 6, which the SD does not but it seems odd that the CF card is 67% more expensive and actually slightly slower (according to the MB/s).

Any advice appreciated otherwise I am swapping over the SD cards - doesn't look like any strengths for the CF cards now.

Thanks
Nigel.
