anyway i never heard in my life a person with a 60mm as universal lens....50 years ago was 50mm its 35mm

Some people say (no idea if it is true), the 58mm f/2.0 "Helios-44" series of lenses for Zenit M42 (a derivative of CZ Biotar) was the most mass produced in the history of 35mm cameras.

That said, I agree that 58 or 60mm equivalent it is a bit on the long side for a standard lens.
