Personally, weather sealing is a big deal for me, so I'll be able to use my 4/3 lenses in harsh conditions just as I'm using them atm on my E-3. There's also another little "gimmick" called Live Bulb mode which should do miracles with long exposures/night photography.

I guess this is fairly subjective though, but I'd never put my otherwise really well built E-400 through what my E-3 has been...
