Neutral Density Filter for My M9-- What Spec?
I've ordered the Voightlander 50mm f/1/1 lens. I love to shoot with the lens open as wide as possible. It's a challenge to work with this kind of lens.
I'd like to use this lens on bright sunny days. This necessitates using a neutral density filter.
They are confusing to order. I'd like one which would reduce the light by about 3 f/stops (which would mean that I have to increase the aperture setting.)
What spec do I need to accomplish this?. Neutral density filters are not stipulated in how many f stops they reduce--
