Why choose such a low shutter speed? If you're shooting in S, then bump it way up! You'll get much clearer and sharper images in action pictures with higher shutter speeds. 1/60 is way too low for action shots. Try t get it closer to 1/1000! or at least 1/320 or so for biking pictures. In that light, if you shoot 400 ISO and lower the A to 7.1 or even 5.6 you'll get a big over all improvement in freezing action. Just my 2 cents.
