With 5D3's improved ISO - 16-35 vs 17-40?

Just wondering what people think about the 5D3's 2 stop difference will mean for f2.8 lenses vs f4? In particular, which of the 16-35 and 17-40 is a better buy considering the extra 2 ISO stops?

Also the 70-200 f4 IS vs 70-200 f2.8 IS mk II?

Does the improved ISO make the difference in price and weight worth extra consideration?

I don't have a FF camera yet, and only one L lens. But the 5D3 + cheaper f4 lenses looks good to me!
