Think about weight.

I'd take the rugged OMD & maybe one other body.

I've hiked in the mountains quite a bit and found that a long focal length is not that important (except for the occasional eagle perched nearby). I'd take a 14-40 and 40-150 (effectively 28-300). You can always crop the result to get the extra 50. Maybe something wider and giving a little overlap.

Either way, whatever you are taking should be tested and tested and tested before leaving.
