I appreciate your efforts Viktor, but can you atleast do a similar tests like you did on the initial NX11 and NX200 comparisons rather than the newspaper prints? of course, you can do this when you have the time. thanks.
Hi Ariston, I re-processed those files with Waw Therapee v4 - basic settings, so you can take a look...

thanks. the results definitely much looked much significantly improved now, although still not that as good as that of the NX11. a bit closer though. the RAW processing software definitely helped a lot. we will have to see what else could be into this.
I'm still not sure if it is something to do with the sensor, the depth of field or the lens reaching it's limits. just a quick note, the center performance of the lens though remain consistently great and even look better on the NX200. the corners seems to be the most problematic and could be due to field curvature. I'm still not 100% convinced that this can be due to the RAW software used but it surely looks to be one of the factors and not the lone culprit.
I agree about center sharpness being slightly better on NX200. However, looking at the original (tiff) files in PS, corners doesn't seems to be improved by much with RAW Therapee. They are better, but not that much better.
It is more visible on the gravel and newspaper shots, as the scene shots are influenced by NX200 over-exposure. (Probably my fault)
I don't think that I have dud lens, because with NX11 it performs pretty solid.
I can however own a dud camera, so if anyone can make similar test, it would certainly help.
To be honest, I am thinking of keeping NX11 and selling NX200. I just can't find my way to this body.
Keeping NX11 with the lenses that I have, I can wait to see what Samsung will bring next.
I have a feeling, that they will make it right this time, pleasantly surprising us.

thanks. I can't visibly see it on the smaller images. on the new bigger shots I can't comment due to overexposure on gravel and flatfield shooting with newspaper. I noticed that softness is more apparent on depth of field or distance away from the center of focus/focus point. whatever is causing is still mystery.
Yes, I would do more tests before deciding if I should bring the NX100 next month as well or just bring the NX200 alone to shoot some landscapes.
