Well, I guess that is one way of looking at it. I shoot primarily in Aperture priority and form me, I do not consider the F button multi-functional. Perhaps, I'm spoiled by Olympus' meaning of 'multi-function.' Cheers. -Norm

the 'f' button does different things depending which mode you are in - so for movie, it selects either HD or slow motion.

The camera probably needs a separate programable button.
